My mom started teaching me music almost as soon as I started talking. She taught me how to sing and gave me piano lessons for a couple of years, then I picked up the drum sticks when I was 12 after trying guitar and bass. I learned to play drums starting with worship music in the church band then moved on to alternative rock, pop, funk, jazz, punk rock, and other genres throughout my teens and 20's.

My goal with music is to make beautiful songs for people to rock out to, and push the limits of my playing and creativity. I like to think I can elevate the emotions and impact of a song with my drumming, so that's what I try to do. I love meeting people and hearing their stories while traveling the world, but Texas will always be the home base.

I'd like to thank:

  • My parents for buying me my first drumsticks and drum set, and for putting up with my noisy drumming for all those years

  • Kolton, Ryan, and everyone else who has played with us over the years

  • All our friends, fans, and bands that support us and spread the word about our music. Thanks!
